OUR STORY

At Home Care Community Outreach, Inc. is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. Our goal is to communicate with and educate the community so that they will know that mental health is just as important as physical health. We offer the following services to adults: Assessment, Medication Management, Individual Therapy, and Marital and Family Therapy. Our comprehensive team of outpatient providers includes a psychiatrist, licensed counselor, social workers and master level therapists.
