We can help you in
Group Counseling
Our group therapy services offer an array of group-based treatments to persons 18 years and older. In group therapy sessions, a small number of people meet weekly under the guidance of a professionally trained group therapist.
Targeted Case Management
Case managers help clients gain access to services needed to meet their mental health needs, achieve recovery and live independently in the community. Services are provided by skilled mental health practitioners. Case managers work closely with each individual to create a treatment plan, based on assessment of functioning, needs, and strengths.
Peer Support
Peer support specialists are experienced in recovery and provide encouragement and support to individuals as they work towards person-centered recovery.
Community Support
We will provide support to individuals with a chronic and persistent mental illness who live independently, or wish to live independently, and who are at risk of hospitalization.
Crisis Response
We will handle "walk-in" crisis situations by providing a safe confidential space in the facility to assess the current risk level related to suicide/hormone, substance-abuse, mental status, current and past mental health diagnoses and treatments, coping skills and medical conditions.
Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient Therapy is the process of meeting with a Master's level therapist for the purpose of addressing and resolving specific concerns, issues, and symptoms.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Senior Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Psychosocial rehabilitation helps people develop the social, emotional and intellectual skills they need in order to live happily with the smallest amount of professional assistance they can manage.
